A 90-minute live, one-to-one guided experience where I work with you inside your real, present-moment experience, with your thoughts, emotions, and any areas of confusion, in order to help you directly connect to your own inner guidance system.

Together, we slow things down and map what’s happening in your body in real time, so you can begin to clearly feel the difference between fear, mental noise, and your actual inner knowing — the part of you that is always showing you what’s right for you, what isn’t, and what is calling you forward.

This is where you learn how to recognize and begin trusting that guidance within yourself, not as an idea, but as a direct, embodied experience that you can access.
